REGULATIONS
FESTIVAL 2020
Regulations:
1) The bands participating in the Festival Music from the North accept these regulations unconditionally
2) The groups admitted to the Festival are bands, choirs and dancing groups (using the music) whose members are in the age between 6 and 19 years old and come from one of the following countries: Great Britain, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Russia, Estonia, Leetonia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Austria, Suisse, Belgium, Netherlands, Iceland, Canada.
3) During the festival the order and the duration of the performances have been set by the organization in order to give to each band as much visibility as possible but also accordingly to logistic and practical needs of the festival direction
4) The organization MFTN is allowed to take pictures and videos of the Festival and use them for promoting the event itself and to edit on the page of facebook and the webpage www.musicfromthenorth.com. The groups consequently relinquish any rights to retribution for the material stated above and its use.
5) MTN disclaims any responsibility in case of accidents to people or properties (including the instruments) during the Festival. Each group will take care of their instruments.
6) MFTN staff: during each concert and before our staff will be at your disposal for any request/question
7) Registration: every band has to confirm by the 20th January; by the confirmation you will be asked to fill in a “participating form” with all the details of your band/group
8) Dates and places for the concerts: due to unexpected bureaucracy reasons the Organization could be obliged to make some changes in the program
9) The transportation: for the concerts will be organized with our busses, which will have all authorizations to drive, stop and park where it is normally forbidden for the touristic busses. The groups coming with their own bus cannot use it for the concerts. If necessary the organization might ask to a band/group to share the bus with another group or part of it overnighting in the same place and having the same schedule.
10) Accommodation: the accommodation will be in one of the campings/hotels suggested by the Organization, which will also be in charge for the reservation through the Travel Agency Il Pentagramma in Garda, which will also help you to organize a detailed program around the Festival on request.
